[Heathkit] need sb dial driver assembly

I've also wondered about a source for some of these parts.  

My SB-101, through the ne'er-do-well actions of the previous
owner, is missing the fiducial ("calibrate window"), the driver 
wheel, shaft, and knob.  I have a little chart listing band and which
character in "SB-101" I sight along for a dial reference.

Oh, well, I guess I shouldn't be too P.O.'ed at the P.O., for I got 
the radio for the right price, i.e., free.  I'm thinking of making
the window out of clear plasic cut from a jewel (CD) case, the shaft 
out of the right diameter (looks like 1/8") nail, and the driver out 
of a small grommet.  Someday when I get around to it...
