[Heathkit] Need help with Heathkit SB-104A

1: Looking for the display cct board (85-1416-1). Any chance of finding it?
2: I have 3, "C" cct boards (85-1229-3) with problems. Is there some place I could send them for repairs,   
     and how much is it likely to cost?
3: I found that the SB-104A was putting out power (near 100 watts) when keying the mic with the "Mic Level" turned all the way down. I replaced the driver cct (85-1421-5) and solved the problem. This happened only on the high bands (28.0 to 29.5 Mhz.). Looking at the schematic I can not see why this would happen with this cct. Anyone know what would cause this?
