[Heathkit] Sb-220 parasitic chokes

This should be an easy fix.  The ARRL handbook has all sorts of  versions on this.  I believe it was some high wattage carbon resistor, like a 47 ohm unit wrapped around with a few turns of regular tinned wire.  In fact, I used such a resistor and the coiled binder wire found on the back of these spiral notebooks which I used with a 4x811A homebrew amp.
