[Heathkit] Replacement electrolytics for SB 220

Ive been using CDE 381LX series 330 uf @ 450V with 75K 3W equalizers. The 
caps are US made and 105*C rating and fit right in the original blocks.

Not cheap but no failures in about 20 years of using them in many amps. A 
benefit is a bit better regulation on PEP.

I get them from Mouser, but there are other distributors.
