The length of the coax between the radio and the amp is a very well
known possible for mismatch between the exciter and the amplifier.

I becomes an issue of where the current and/or voltage nodes fall, and
on which band.

When this amp was modified, was the input tuning adjusted for the proper
impedance? There will be differences between the 572Bs and the 813s.

> Hello. I have been following the list and i have a SB200 with 813`s . The amp works very well. But when i transmit with the amp i have a mismatch between the radio and amp. The rig is a TS850s. I have to hit the autotune to make everything happy. The antenna is 1.3 match. Could the mismatch be caused by the length of coax between the radio and amp? Could the problem be something in the amp? or is this normal? Rick VE7RiK
