[Heathkit] FS: SB634, parts or repair

G'day all,
Offering my SB-634 to the list, does not power up, I suspect a PS problem
but do not have the time or eyesight any more to troubleshoot.  When I got
it there were two display ICs missing so I replaced them and rewired the
display board but this did not solve the problem.  A third new display IC is
included.  Top of cabinet has some paint missing but no dings, gouges, or
dents.  Front panel and knobs are in nice shape.  Asking $50 shipped with a
