There are indeed more than one edition of both the Halligan video and 
the "Voice of Victory" film out there.     Just look around the web and 
view them for yourself.

I forgot there were some people who'd jump all over this with long 
rants.  I apologize for the extra traffic this thread has generated - I 
do my part to cool it now.
