[Heathkit] Heathkit Items For Sale - Soon!

I lived in a townhouse complex back in the 80's and I fished a coax through the storm sewer to a little pond about 75 yards from my patio. The pond had a small island in the middle where I set up my Hustler 6 band tuned vertical. I painted it brown and fastened some plastic branches with leaves on so it kinda looked like a spindley tree... Worked most of the Ø, 9 & 8 land with about 40 watts.... Ah the good old days!!! At leaset they were until the local kids wandered out when the pond was frozen and bent the vertical about 15 degrees.....

Hey, no problem at all. Everyone has a different perspective, but I respect
them all.
Yes, moved with work. But Columbus is a very nice place. Lots to do.
Great people. I'll probably (at least for now) put a dipole in the attic
and use a 2060A to tune it. I've done that before, and it was surprising
what I could do.
The XYL picked the house. The least I could do for the uprooting the
family. Perhaps at some point I can sneak a vertical in the backyard!!!

Larry, (Also Don!)
I don't think an apology is what I or maybe even Don is hunting for.
How about we just say some "understanding"? We all have to live within
limits that get imposed upon us.
I take them in stride and look for a "better" day! Let's let it fly
that way.
Don, our best! Hope you can get back on when things are more in your favor!
