Larry,

Sometimes we just get stuck with less than optimum situations.

Either an employer picks up the tab when they send you somewhere, and 
dictate where they will pay for.

Then there are those of us that during military service that Uncle sent 
us places that we were absoluyely not allowed to operate PERIOD.

Give Don a break.  He most likely got forced into a situation that he 
could not avoid.
