Hello to the list,

Can I test my HP-13A dc supply without it being hooked up to my SB-102?
I have the wiring diagram and have the 15 pin Jones plug connected but
no plug on the other end. I put 13vdc to the proper wires but get no
readings of any kind on the others. Does it need to be connected to the
radio or is this thing toast?
