You can read/download PDF copies of the actual RCA data sheets on the 6293, 6146, 6146A/8298, and the 6146B/8298A, as well as many other tube types from the following URL:

The various specifications like interelectrode capacitances of the 6293 are identical with the 6146A/8298 which are very slightly different from the original 6146.  However, the performance ratings for the 6293 are VERY different from the others.

6293 High current pulse rated 6146.  Will handle 3 AMPS of plate current in short pulses!  This is an "electrically ruggedized" 6146.  All other specs are the same.
