[Heathkit] SB-201/200 no output on any band

No change in grid current reading with increased drive. Tune and load have 
no impact whatsoever.

New Harbach T/R relay was installed by me because existing relay was not 
original and upon unkeying it would not drop out probably due to incorrect 
resistance in circuit causing coil to hold contacts in trans position.
