Seems like that would be a good job for superglue.

Subject: [Heathkit] Ferrite rod antenna
Recently acquired a Heathkit SW-717, nice little radio. However some
dummy
packed it in box so that the ferrite rod antenna mounted on the back
got
broken. Does anyone know of a good "cement" to repair such? Seems to
work
OK on the AM bcst band after some cleaning up and lubricating here and
there, so wire is not broken. Is only used on Bcst, but would like to
fix
it back up. Any suggestions? Ferrite cement I have not seen that can
remember.
