While most are not at this location, I have a list that says I have all but
13 issues of PE in the time frame you inquired about.  I am missing August
through April 1969, June 1961, June 1960 and July, March and January 1957.

If you get lined up to get this off the ground, let me know.  I will attempt
to get out to my farm about 450 miles away and get them here to Minnesota.
Actually, I am missing only 20 issues from number one through December 1970.

By the way, the first issue was October 1954.

Checking the early issues from July to January 1959 I find no listings of
WPE certificates in the magazines associated with Hank Bennett's columns
until July 1959.  There are listings that list shortwave contributors for
that particular issue.  Beginning with the July 1959 issue some of the
shortwave contributors have WPE calls listed.  That issue also states that
over 10,000 certificates have already been issued.

This doesn't seem to be a very good source to capture many of these
certificates as many of the shortwave contributors are the same from month
to month and only those that were contributors who wrote in are listed.

But I will do what I can.
