[Heathkit] IM-25 Troubleshooting

The first thing I would look for is a shorted (or very badly leaking)
tantalum or electrolytic capacitor. C14 is a real likely candicate since it
is right in the middle of the circuit that sets the bias for the amplifier
stages. The second thing I'd look for is a power supply problem. Check the
voltages against the schematic. You can get a schematic on line at
