[Heathkit] BAMA and MIRROR Manual Sites.

Ken is aware of the problem with the EDEBRIS mirror site.  They thought 
it was fixed, but ...

The EDEBRIS mirror site is being repaired, no time estimate.  So we've 
got the overloaded BAMA site for now.

The BAMA site  _IS_  working.  I just downloaded the HX-11 file, and 
this time it really IS the file!
