[Heathkit] More on HW-16

There was skads and gobs of Heath HW-12,22,32 and the CAP
fixed freq version HW-18 made.  Lots and lots of 6GE5's around.
Those "Hot Water" radios seemed to run forever at 100W out
on SSB.  They still float to the surface.
