[Heathkit] Nicotine Stains (Progress report on DX-100)

I've found that isoprophyl alcohol is a good solvent for nicotine stains on
painted metal panels. (You can't use it on late model Heathkit equipment --
1980s vintage -- because the lettering was done in an ink that is soluble in
alcohol.
