[Heathkit] Followup to the HW 101 Final Question

That's great Bill, glad to see the 101's coming along nicely.
I found quite a few resistors that were open in my HW-101.
I'm still not satisfied with it's operation, still have some work
to be done.

found R917 (2.2 ohm from the final(s) cathode to ground) was open with 
infinite R.  Replaced the sucker and the bias and everything started 
working as proper.  Will go through the neutralization and a complete 
alignment prior to putting the rig back on the air.
