[Heathkit] NEW GUY NEEDS HELP LOCATING SB 230 PARTS!

Hello group. I'm new to this reflector and I'm in need of some direction.

I need a pair of the threaded feed through capacitors (C23 & C31) that go
between the grid strap to chassis in a SB-230 amp. 

Does anyone have a pair to sell or know where these can be purchased.

Also the manual gives the rating of these at 1000 Pico farads (.001μF ) but
there is no mention of voltage. Am I missing something?
