[Heathkit] Heathkit Power Supply HWA 202-1 Problem

I have used this 13.8 volt 2 Amp power supply in the
80's and 90's with no problem. Recently it's been
sitting on the shelf for the past 10 years or so. I
got it out and hooked it up to 3 different receivers.
In each case I could hear noise in the earphones that
were not there before and it is NOT antenna noise that
I am hearing. The best way I can describe it is its
just noise that shouldn't be there. In addition,
when I hook up a DIFFERENT power supply to each of
these receivers all I hear is the antenna noise which
is what it should be.
   
I have replaced all of the filter caps and the noise
is still generated from the power supply.  Any
suggestions as to what I can do next to locate and fix
the problem is greatly appreciated. Thank You, John
