Jim,

That wafer is a 2P5T on one side, and on the other side has 5-positions
2-poles where one position per pole is un-shorted in each position, the
rest are all connected together (from both poles), but it appears from
the schematic that this side is not connected to anything at all. I
don't have my SB-200 open at the moment so, if possible, someone else on
the list please confirm that this is actually the case.

Usually the only place to get a replacement is from another SB-200. But
there are switch makers who make stackable rotary switches who might be
able to sell you a replacement. The problem there is that these things
are usually self-contained units with their own shaft (Grayhill, for
example http://www.grayhill.com/Rotary/). In that case, you'd have to
cut the existing shaft short, mount the new switch on the back chassis
panel, and connect the two shafts with a coupler. Could be done. You'd
have to check out the dimensions.

Electroswitch also makes rotary switches and wafers - their "open frame"
style. It might be worth checking with them.

Chris, W2PA
