[Heathkit] HEATHKIT IT-28 vs C-3

The IT-28 is an improved C-3. The claim is that the eye tube operates with
more sensitivity on the IT-28. I have a C-3 and it does every thing I need
to do.

Hi, Gang;

Can some one tell me the major differences between Capacitor Testers IT-28
and C-3? And what would be a reasonal cost for either. I have never seen,
nor am I familiar with either one.
