[Heathkit] 54-59 Transformer Specifications / IG-82 request

You use the term "secondaries" so I'm not sure how to interpret the
following information because it looks like only 1 secondary. This is
exactly how the 54-59 transformer is listed in Heathkit's 1984 Parts Master
File on page 140:

115NT98MA- 6.3NT3.8A

I would read this as 115VAC No Tap 98Milliamp - 6.3VAC No Tap 3.8A.  The
watts don't compute so I don't know if I'm interpreting this correctly.
Others may comment to clarify this.
