[Heathkit] Special Event Thanks

Thanks to each of you on behalf of William Halligan, Sr. for participating 
in last weekends "Happy Halli-Days" event commemorating the 110th 
anniversary of Bills birthdate.

We used the club call of "W9WZE Halligan's Hallicrafters" and operated on 
40M AM, 40M LSB and 20M USB.

The turnout was very good, considering we did this without much advance 
notice to the Ham world. Next year, for birthday 111, we shall do better!

We had contacts from Montserrat, Columbia, Belgium, British Virgin Islands 
and several Canadian provinces - VE4, VE5, VE7 and VY2. Overall there were 
34 states that participated.

Thanks for caring and being there. Ham Radio is the unequalled hobby because 
of people like you who make it so.
