[Heathkit] messages rejected

As always, good practical advice from Glen.
The QTH.NET system will not post any e-mail that has an attachment to any
list. The e-mail with an attachment will either be deleted and never post or
the attachment portion will be extricated and destroyed and the text portion
allowed to post.
The same is true for any post contaminated with a virus contained within the
text body, as well as any using an attachment. However, NEVER depend on
QTH.NET to do YOUR safety precautions for you! That is 'YOUR' task, as Glen
correctly stated.
For what it is worth, generally speaking, not very much! The bulk of the
attachments show Russia as their point of origin. However, the neuron
challenged dingleberries who export their outhouse repository refuse to the
rest of us are not necessary located in Russia! The spoofers, I have a more
colorful name for them personally, are bright enough to mask their actual
location very well. Hence, what for all the rational reality of mankind,
what appears to be X is in fact not even Y, but Z.
