[Heathkit] Re-tubing an SB220

Ive had zero problems over the past 5 years or more with Penta, RF Parts and 
other clones that are probably from the same China factory. The junk 
versions seem to have all folded up their tents. I buy about 20-25 a year 
for my amp repair and 6M conversion business.
