[Heathkit] HD-15 Phone Patch

Folks,

It has become a dinosaur.  It doesn't appear that phone patches are very 
useful at all.

Like Ed says:  It's parts!  There is a meter movement and knobs.  The 
little cabinet MAY have "some" use for a project?

Satellite links, cell phones, and the Internet seem to have replaced ALL 
these things we USED to find dear!
