Put Tektronix on the LMO output.  I made an LMO load with a loop on the 
signal end of the resistor.   I use this for testing the LMO.  At first 
there was no display.  Checked the voltages going to the LMO.  They 
check OK.

Adjusted the Tektronix, the LMO is producing .5 V Peak to Peak and tunes 
between 5.000 and 5.500 approximately.  The Tektronix TDS-210 includes a 
4 digit frequency counter as well as a voltmeter.

There is visible jitter on the sine wave.   Setting the Tektronix to 
"average" cleans up the LMO waveform.   This suggests that it's 
powersupply noise. I can hear noise on the audio.

Found a loose wire on top of the chassis, it goes to a terminal labeled 
"mute".

Turned up the AF and RF gain and heard signals on 75 meters.  Strong LSB 
signals.    S-Meter shows S9+20 db on strong signals.
