I have not silk screened a radio.  I did experiment with silk screening 
15 years ago with poor results.

I've bought a book on the basics of screening and plan to visit an art 
supply store for the materials.

I have two "bad" SB-303 front panels.  

I figure I'll make a screen and experiment on cardboard or plywood 
first, then screen one of my "bad" front panels.  If the results are 
good, I'll put the panel on a radio and proceed from there.  If the 
results are poor, I'll repaint the panel and try again.  Eventually I 
should get good results.

I don't have a time table for this.  I've set aside one evening a week 
for "radio work".    Some weeks I practice code, some weeks I get out 
the soldering iron.
