[Heathkit] SB 200 Linear Amp

Replace them all with 220 mF CDE 381LX series from Mouser. They are USA made 
105* C  Snap In but easily orient to fit all existing holes. Replace the 6 
bleeder resistors with 3W flame proof also from Mouser. Less heat and better 
regulation.

The diodes are probably well stressed and maybe a few are shorted so replace 
them also. use 1N4007's or bullet proof 1N5408's if you dont mind drilling 
out the holes a bit.

Replace the 2 electrolytics in the bias supply while you are at it.
