[Heathkit] HW-101 long warm up problem

My HW 101 takes about 45 minutes to get any audio out of it, in other words....turning it on from cold there is hardly any audio, just hum till more or less 45 minutes then it kicks in and after that its fine and works great. What I cant tell is if the problem is with the receive sensitivity or the audio section, TX is fine from the start.

I have replaced every tube and cleaned the relays.

Any thoughts?
