[Heathkit] HW-101 Troubleshooting

Looking through the bulletins and checking the rig, I
found a problem per HW-101-83, about the RF driver
board at V10 and V11 having no center pin connection
to ground (also mentioned in Bulletin 44).  I soldered
a piece of solder wick to the center pin ground traces
to the brass switch shields (not easy to do!), and
when I checked the end of the boards that have the
"bare wires" running to the brass shields, I found one
loose in the hole on the PC board, probably not making
any contact at all to the shield. 

By the way, It wasn't bulletin "89" as I had stated
regarding the changeover to 6146Bs, it was #49, May
15, 1979. That one is pretty much a dead horse,
though.
