[Heathkit] HW-16 Electrolytic caps?

Finding good multiple section capacitors is going to
be very expensive. Most people just replace the
original capacitors with single units which are much
smaller in size. Put them under the chassis and leave
any capacitors that are mounted on the chassis in
place for "looks" after disconnecting them from the
circuit.
Now "modern" capacitors usually do not have the exact
values of the originals. For example, there are no
longer 20 mfd capacitors available but there are 22
mfd. Same thing with 30 mfd capacitors, the value is
now 33 mfd. Also, the 20% tolerance capacitors are
MUCH closer to the actual value than the originals
which often had a tolerance of -50% / +80%.
Mouser has a very good selection of electrolytic
capacitors. You don't need "computer grade" and the
least expensive ones from Mouser will work fine. Just
make sure that the voltage rating is the same or
better than the original.
For the 50-40-80-80 you will need two 47 mfd and two
82 mfd capacitors. Those will be closer to the design
values than the originals.

I just acquired a couple of pretty good HW-16
transceivers and I'm looking to replace the 5
electrolytic caps. Is there a good source for the
50-40-80-80 capacitor? Checked in Mouser and Digi-Key
but didn't see them (although it was tough to follow
their charts). I'd rather not put "used" cap in to
replace them.
