how about a B&K Precision 3010 Functin generator?  In nice condition. 
Frequency range 0.1 Khz to 1 Mhz in six ranges with maximum input of 20 
volts peak.  Does sine, square and sawtooth with input impedance of 1000

How about a Hewlett-Packard 200CD?

Covers 5 Hz to over 600 KHz in 5 ranges.

I have one that works fine but the paint job on the
cabinet is fairly rough.  We can work somthing out.
