Hello all,
Just a note to tell you, that with Ed's help (ma.locksmith) I have
figured out how to get the 100mv tone output to go higher (needed to
match the AF input of my central electronics 100V transmitter). -- This
is in case anyone else out there finds themselves in need of the same.
1. Remove R403 (220K) - this will bring the output up to 200mv which is
what I need. As an optional additional change:
2. Parallel R405 (1M) with another 1M resistor to bring that resistor to
500K. This gives a little more breathing room and the output now goes
from 0-400mv. Now my desired output is right in the middle of the range
of the pot, which is convenient.
Thanks a TON to Ed (thank you, Ed) for taking the time to walk me
through the basic analysis of the situation.
Eugene, w2hx
