[Heathkit] Amp Keying Interface?

Wasn't there a product known as "Soft Key" that served to interface the
SB-220 to a solid state transceiver? It was silent, other then the normal TR
relay in the SB-220 closing. Ker Chunk!
In fact, come to think of it, I have several of the home brew TR relay
interface cables around here yet.
