[Heathkit] Amp Keying Interface.

The circuit works very well. Note: the current parts list, for some
reason, doesn't list Q1, but it's on the assembly board layout. It's an
IRF9610 or equivalent.
I've bought several of these modules from Jeff over the years, and also
built a few, and they all worked very well in a variety of amplifiers.
So, whether I hook up a 50 year old low power AM rig including my
Lafayette HA-410 10 meter rig or a modern day type transceiver, I can
easily key all my amplifiers without any fear of keying problems.
