Thanks for all the suggestions, info, and links!!

The SK-201 from Harbach looks like a very good idea, i like the fact that it 
gets built into the SB-200.  I can dig through the junk box and only be 
short a couple parts to build one, so i might just use the schematic and 
instructions to roll my own.  He is not accepting orders yet at this time so 
i can't get one from him anyway.

The AmpKeyer looks like a nice interface box also, but they are out of 
stock, i sent an email and they didn't have a date for when they will be 
back in stock and shipping.  Not to mention a little spendy!

I also found one myself doing some more searching this morning.
