The instructions, schematic, board layout, parts list, and the info for
the soft-key board is available off the Harbach Electronics web page to
built it yourself
Go to http://www.harbachelectronics.com/
Click on Instructions
Then click on SK-201 Soft Key Module
All the info you need to built it yourself, rather than buying the
complete assembly, is there.
Simple to do and with a proven circuit that's been around for more than
10 years.
Do it right so you don't have to kiss your 847's keying circuitry
goodbye.
And the soft key module mounts right inside the SB-200.
