[Heathkit] SB-200 6m Mod

Personally, if I was considering modifying an amplifier like the SB-200
to include 6 meters, I would rip out all the HF stuff in it and just make
it a dedicated 6 meter amp. There is an abundance of SB-200/201's out in
the real world where one could tackle this project correctly. There are
too many areas of concern within the circuitry, when dealing with these
older amps, to make a pseudo HF/6M conversion operate under good quality
standards.
