[Heathkit] Who was selling SB-200 front panels?

If I remember correctly it was Mike Shelton at NC
Total Electronics (same company that sold paint for
boat anchors).  Unfortunately, he went out of business
several years ago after several relatives (including
children) had severe medical problems.
