[Heathkit] mic input for DX-100

The mic input on the DX-100 and all the earlier Heath transmitters was the
Amphenol single pin microphone connectors.

CalRad still sells the cable connector. They have 2 flavors of it.

WPI also still manufactures the octal and 11 pin connctors (and shells) that
were used by Heath.

WPI also still manufacturs the larger (2, 3, and 4 pin) microphone
connectors. Ie, the large 4 pin connectors used on the early HW mobile Tx
and the Pawnee and Shawnee.
