[Heathkit] warbly SB LMO

I have had an unstable LMO in an SB-101 before.  It turned out to be due 
to dirty ground contacts on the (believe it or not) phono plug and jack 
on the output.  Twisting it a bit to get a better contact usually clears 
up the problem.  Thoroughly cleaning the contacts should more 
permanently solve the problem.
