[Heathkit] SB610?

Hi there. Playing with my very first sb610. Main question is that I seem to get no output on 1.5Khz test tone output. For 2-tone output, I get only 1 sine wave at about 1.660 KHz instead of 1.950

I guess the first thing I'll check is the front panel switch to make sure its giving juice (technical term) to the V4A. If thats ok, then I'm out of ideas (that was quick!)

Any thoughts?
