[Heathkit] re SA-2060 antenna tuner quality

I've had problems with some of the plastic gears slipping that drive the 
turns counter.  They use tiny set screws and are fragile.  I replaced a 
slipping shaft coupler with a heavier duty one.  Other than that, they 
are probably one of the best tuners available, in my humble opinion.
