[Heathkit] SB-220 Filament choke & Terminal Strip

I am in the process of rebuilding a SB-220 and need a couple
of parts:

1.  The 6 position terminal strip (all isolated) used to mount
    ALC components.  The Heath part number is 431-20.

2.  A filament choke in good condition.  Heath part number 45-78.

Any help appreciated.
