[Heathkit] Source for 125 uf 450V electrolytics?

The source I provided, RF Parts, will have the original style, shape and
size for restoration of Heath DX-100 and Apache TX-1 transmitters as well as
others. Of course I could have cobbled up some tubular types to work, but I
prefer to restore to as close to original as possible to protect the value
of the item.

Yes, new style caps are usually smaller. It is wise to obtain and use the
105 degree C type over the original 85 degree C type if at all possible.
I'd exercise caution when using caps designated for "photoflash"
applications even though the voltage and capacity may appear to be the same.
Their PF rating is quite different than those designed for power supply
ripple filtering. The rapid charge and discharge cycle at 120 times per
second will diminish their life. This is specially true in voltage doubler
applications.
