[Heathkit] HW-202 manual

The complete manual is over 150 pages with foldouts. This is not an
insignificant size document. The price of the rig (i.e. its selling
price) has nothing to do with the price of the manual other than that rig
is cheaper with no manual. If you get the rig with no manual, and the rig
doesn't work, its value diminishes to a parts rig unless you spend time,
effort, and money to get it up and running as per its specifications.
