[Heathkit] SB-220 Problem

I purchased an SB-220 a few months ago and just got around to hooking it up last night.  I installed it in place of my SB-200 with the same cables, etc.  When I power the transceiver up, I have no receive.  It acts as though the antenna connection in the SB-220 is to ground.  Anyone else experience this or know where I should look before I tear into this?
